REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. If an event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, you will be issued a refund for the full ticket price minus the service charge and ticket processing fee. Please allow up to 30 days to process. Postponed events will not be refunded. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, the venue will provide a full credit towards another event. Tickets bought at the venue's Box Office by cash can be refunded in-person at the venue's Box Office or mailed to ticket buyer’s address. You will be notified when this occurs if you provided us with a valid e-mail address when you purchased your tickets. If your email address has changed, please go to Contact Us and request a refund. Under no circumstance will InstantSeats refund the processing fee or service charge portion of the order.

Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review the event, date, and seat selection. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to follow the instructions emailed to them at time of purchase if their attempt to print tickets resulted in failure for any reason. If the purchaser is unable to retrieve email, tickets can be printed anytime by going to the Print Your Tickets link from the home page of our website.

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with InstantSeats Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may have occurred during the purchase process. InstantSeats will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

*Please note: We have a no refund, no cancellation policy when buying a ticket from us. Refunds are not given by InstantSeats for any reason including but not limited to a customer's satisfaction or lack of with the venue, the performance, the event or any circumstance involving the customer's experience with the event, event organizers or location. Any problems not directly connected to the purchase of tickets through InstantSeats should be taken up directly with the venue. Please check with the individual policies of the venue before making your purchase.
